Fun, Fresh And Delicious Wedding In Provence, FRANCE
One of the best birthday gifts ever was an e-mail booking for a wedding in Lussan, Provence. The wedding of Lidwine – a freelance line producer and Christophe – director working for big fashion names such as Dior, Carolina Herrera… Yeah, it was hard to wait for those special days to come. When I arrived to Provence and finally met L&C, it was obvious that I’ll never forget this wedding. Lidwine and Christophe… What to say? Well, they are an absolutely incredible couple, their relatives and friends too. We spent some unforgettable days together.
Les Buis de Lussan wedding preparations
The wedding venues were just unbelievable. Lidwine prepared herself in a wonderful B&B “Leis Buis de Lussan”, an authentic dwelling of the 18th century in an exceptional landscape, situated in Lussan. She wore a special dress designed by Rime Arodaky.
Lussan castle wedding
The wedding ceremony also took place in Lussan, a well-restored Medieval hilltop village, considered one of the most intact and beautiful in southern France, in a prominent 15th-century castle with four classic round towers now used as the town hall. There were many wedding guests from fashion and film industry. The village and its chateau has a great view out across the countryside.
Portrait wedding photography in Provence
After the wedding ceremony in Lussan we took some wedding portrait photographs in the nature, near the lovely solitary tree. It was such fun.
Goudargues wedding reception
The wedding went on in a beautiful Provencal villa in the middle of the vineyards, near Goudargues. It brought tears to my eyes with its perfect architecture. There was awesome music performed by Marguerite, France, Aurélia & Zita – Ukelele Girls and DJ Mattias Mimoun, who is also a pianist. The food was so delicious… The canapé girl – Mathilde Besson from Saint Maximin did a really great job. Well, French really know how to cook. The wedding chef was Cédric Le Sergent and I can only say “Bravo”!
